Meet Our Founder

Dahlia Moore

Dahlia Moore

Dahlia Moore is a Registered Adult Nurse and senior NHS leader with over 25 years of experience across clinical practice, workforce transformation, and international recruitment.

She has held senior leadership roles including Matron, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Head of Nursing, and Regional Lead Nurse at NHS England. She has contributed to national workforce programmes and supported regulatory assurance as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Dahlia is a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Safer Staffing Fellow, with recognised expertise in workforce modelling, safer staffing, governance, and patient safety. She has worked closely with senior nursing leaders and executive teams, contributing to workforce strategy, service improvement, and organisational development at both local and system level.

Before qualifying as a nurse, Dahlia trained as a Lifestyle Educator and Counsellor in the United States. This foundation continues to shape her holistic and compassionate approach to leadership and workforce development.

She has also contributed to nursing education as a Link Lecturer and mentor, supporting the development of future healthcare professionals.

Dahlia founded Dahlia Moore Consultancy (DMC) to empower healthcare organisations and professionals across the UK and globally. Her approach combines clinical expertise, system leadership experience, and a deep commitment to developing people, cultures, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
